Know a developer running their project on email and WhatsApp? Share your code, and get SAR 2,000 for every project that starts with us — while they get a discount on their subscription.
Fill in a one-minute form, and your own code reaches your phone and email straight away.
The code gives them 10% off their project’s subscription — a real reason for them to use it, not just an ID for you.
They request a demo and enter the code. Our team contacts them, demonstrates the platform, and agrees the details.
Once the subscription is paid, SAR 2,000 is transferred to your account within 7 working days of the end of that month.
We chose a fixed, known amount instead of shifting percentages: SAR 2,000 net for every project whose subscription starts with your code — whether it is ten thousand square metres or thirty. You know what you will receive before you refer, and you never need to ask what the subscription costs.
And there is no cap on the number of projects you refer in a year.
For every project, transferred straight to your bank account.
Their project’s subscription, as soon as they use your code.
The program is open to anyone who works around property development projects in Saudi Arabia:
You know first-hand how correspondence and approvals get lost.
You move between different projects and developers.
You work with more than one owner at a time.
Your relationships with developers are your real asset.
Your audience is people in the industry.
Rabaed is a platform that brings the owner, the consultant and the contractor onto one record for the project: official correspondence, meeting minutes and requests for information; approvals and inspection requests; the daily site report; and a document repository at the latest approved revision.
Every document carries with it when it was sent, who approved it, with what note, and when — so the project’s record stays complete after handover, not scattered across email, WhatsApp and shared folders whose access has expired.
Rabaed’s Referral Program doesn’t require a commercial registration: the program is open to individuals, and it is enough to register your details and upload your IBAN certificate. If you have a commercial registration and a tax registration certificate, you can attach them as well if you wish.
The referral payout is paid once the client’s subscription has been collected, within 7 working days of the end of that month.
The Referral Program asks no selling or follow-up of you: your part ends when you share the code, and the Rabaed team handles the demo, the negotiation, the contract and the activation.
Referrals are counted by project, not by client: if your code is used when a second project starts, it counts as a new referral, for another SAR 2,000.
If two different codes arrive for one project, the Rabaed team accepts the referral code that arrived first with the demo request.
There is no cap on payouts in Rabaed’s Referral Program: not on the number of projects you refer, and not on the total you receive.
A referral code is personal, and meant to be shared directly with people you know, so posting it on your accounts as a public discount offer is not allowed, and we may suspend the code if it is.
From sharing a referral code to the payout falling due takes between three and eight weeks from the first demo on average, depending on the developer and how they make decisions.
It is your responsibility to make sure nothing on your employer’s side prevents you from accepting a referral payout, and that is what the declaration you sign when you join the Referral Program covers.
Sign up now, and share the code with the first developer who comes to mind.
